Ang hirap maningil sa chat.

  • Unpaid balances

The job's done, the client goes quiet, and you're stuck sending awkward follow-ups. Seen. No reply.

  • Deposit disputes

When terms only lived in a chat thread, a cancellation turns into an argument about whether the DP is refundable.

  • Everything, everywhere

Dates in a notebook, receipts in your camera roll, terms buried in Messenger. Easy to lose, easy to double-book.

Three steps. Walang app for your client.

  1. 1

    Create the booking

Add the client, date, package, total and the payment schedule. Takes about as long as typing it in chat.

  2. 2

Client agrees and sends the deposit

Paste the link in Messenger or Viber. Your client reviews everything, agrees, and uploads their deposit proof.

  3. 3

    You confirm, it's booked

Check your GCash or bank, confirm the deposit, and the date is officially booked. Reminders handle the rest.

Pending until you say so.

After your client sends proof, their page says it plainly: proof sent, not booked yet. They get a ready message to let you know. You check your own account first, then confirm. Only then does the date turn Booked.

Proof to check

Five things, done properly. Wala nang iba.

Booking link

Client, date, package, total and payment schedule in one booking. Your own terms travel on their own. Copy the ready-made message, paste it in Messenger or Viber, done.

Client confirm page

No login, no app. Your client reads the booking, payment schedule and your own terms on their phone. Name, tick, agree. You keep a timestamped record of what they agreed to.

Date calendar

Booked dates show, plus hours of overlap, and pending ones stay open until a deposit is confirmed. Pledgo warns you about clashes. The calendar is 1:1 with your bookings.

Payment tracking

Split the bill in your own GCash. Extra payments, or cash, still have to add up to the booking total. Your client sends GCash or bank proof from that same list. You check your own account, then confirm. Pledgo never touches the money.

Balance reminders

PH-time reminders go to clients with their due date, not you. You do not have to be the one who asks. They stop as soon as you mark the payment received.
